кто же так видос монтировал )) если проект рассчитан на представителей комиссии, то непонятно для чего приложение под мобильное, когда можно было бы обойтись лишь десктопной версией и намного дешевле.
Если проект планируется еще "продвинуть" для пользователей, то скорее всего запоздали. И возвращаясь к моменту с ЦА, для обычных пользователей не несет никакой пользы, для представителей комиссий (которые вынуждены присутствовать) им оно ни к чему. -
