Task: Process a data table that already contains 100 companies. Work for 2-3 weeks with a workload of 2-4 hours (via Safe). Experience working with companies in the industrial sector and understanding the specifics of contracting and construction projects in EU countries will be an advantage.

Task essence: We have formed a huge database of ready-to-work candidates for all key construction specialties (reinforcement workers, concrete workers, welders, carpenters, masons, laborers). Your task is to call Polish construction companies (general contractors and subcontractors) and offer to fill their staffing gaps with our people without initial commissions and advances. We operate on a "Success Fee" principle — the employer pays only when a person starts working on site. This offer completely alleviates financial fears for companies and converts well into deals. What exactly needs to be done: Independently gather a "hot" database (monitor OLX.pl, Pracuj.pl websites and find companies that are currently looking for any builders). Make calls, bypass secretaries, and reach decision-makers directly. Conduct a short dialogue using our script: identify the need (who they currently need on the construction site) and offer to fill it with our candidates on a payment-upon-fact basis. Record "warm" leads (company name, director's name, contact, who specifically they need) in a table and pass it to us. Candidate requirements: Ideal spoken Polish language (correct speech, absence of a pronounced accent — this is critically important for communication with Polish directors).
