I am looking for a developer who can create a Telegram bot for automatic monitoring and reservation of windows on the website https://inpol.mazowieckie.pl (https://inpol.mazowieckie.pl/) (Mazovian Voivodeship Office in Warsaw).
The bot is needed to work with multiple clients (different logins, passwords, case IDs).
I am a mediator and want to register people for appointments.
What the bot should be able to do:
Work with multiple client accounts:
e-mail, password, Case ID;
adding via JSON/CSV or directly in the bot.
Automatic website monitoring:
From 08:45 to 09:15 — check every 30–60 seconds;
At other times — every 3–5 minutes;
Support for random delays.
Support for login via 2FA:
The bot requests from me the code from e-mail and the SMS code (manual input);
Ideally — optional connection to email via IMAP for auto-reading the code.
Notifications:
If a window is found — Telegram notification with details (client, date, time);
Buttons: “Enter code”, “Confirm”.
Security:
Sessions are stored (no need to log in each time);
Ability to use proxies/IP rotation;
User-Agent of the real browser (to avoid detection as a bot).
Source code is mandatory + instructions for running (on VPS or locally).

Просто проблема в тому що сайт потім не відає години при перезагрузках сайту щоб появились години там ліміт стоїть потім вас викидує з аккаунту ви знов заходите и не факт що появиться години, тестував купу разів появились часи лише один раз и то я взяв селектори далі там йде та ж сама перевірка по смс щоб забронювати часи. Грубо кажучи то це майже неможливо
