I don't understand why there are people who charge over 10k UAH for this project, as I don't see any complex moving parts for rigging this work, essentially the conveyor will be animated and the robot's caterpillar + kinematic rocking will be correct?

I will render nicely, using studio lighting standards and will use an hdri map for more realistic reflections (I have a SciFi 360 panorama).
