In the admin panel, everything should be made convenient for easy management. It is preferable to use https://carbonfields.net/, but ACF can also be used.
The website should be in Czech language (admin panel too, but it can also be in Russian).
There is no coding, only design layouts in Figma (Homepage + mobile version, as well as layouts of internal pages). Requirements for coding: valid coding https://validator.w3.org, text as text, hover effects, small effects when hovering over elements (e.g. darkening, slight movement) to make the website appear "alive".
