Важно, чтобы можно было выгружать группы (или профили), в которых количество участников (подписчиков) более 10000.
Технология реализации непринципиально.

Я Вам смысл описал бесплатно. Дайте теперь задание по-конкретнее на фрилансе - парсить такие ссылки. Только токены надо будет или самому подставлять (тогда вообще парсер Вам за 200-300 грн. сделают). Или чтобы вставляли акки и токены из них как-то брались. Тогда дороже намного.
