Requirements for the contractor:
1. On-site visit within Lviv.
2. Conducting precise and detailed measurements: ceiling heights, window, door, niche dimensions, and other structural elements.
3. Photographing all rooms: with emphasis on load-bearing structures, windows, boiler, communications, etc.
4. Creating a measurement plan in ArchiCAD software.
