Обновление сервера и доработка CMS (нитра)

Ищем человека который мог бы обновить сервер, все ПО на нем и доработать CMS на которой мы работаем. Ну и привести ее в рабочее состояние.
Столкнулись с тем, что заказали готовый продукт, его нам установили на сервер и после фирма (NITRA) просто поменяла сферу деятельности, а у нас остался большой список доработок которые хотелось бы внедрить.
Задача:
1. Обновить ПО + настроить FireWall
2. Уйти от docker (т.к. запускали из коробки, а сейчас постоянно проблемы возникаю, из-за этого)
3. Оптимизировать CMS для ускорения работы
4. Настроить Бэкап
После также, если получится разобраться с CMS будем вводить доработки.
