Prepare a Contract for the Manager in Word (VBA form)

Goal:
Create a convenient and understandable mechanism (macro, form, or other solution) for quickly filling out the client contract in Word, so that the sales manager can easily enter all client data on-site and print/give it for signature. The form must be in German.

Main requirements:

1. Form for filling out:

   • When opened or via a button, a window/panel with fields is launched:
     Firma, Adresse, PLZ/Ort, E-Mail, Anzahl Lizenzen, Vertriebsmitarbeiter, Datum, and others.

   • After filling out — the data is automatically placed in the required locations in the document.

   • The ability to "pre-prepare" data that will be inserted - by selecting a PACKAGE and the number of licenses

   • The form must be in German.

2. Clear and reset:

   • The ability to clear old data and start with a blank template.

3. Automatic date insertion:

   • The current date should be inserted automatically or selected manually.

4. Flexibility:

   • The ability to add new items and texts to the template without breaking the formatting.

   • The ability in the future to edit lists, phrases, and blocks (by ourselves or through comments in the template).

5. Visual design and style:

   • Format the template according to standards: neat indents, tables, header styles, logic of items.

   • Support for adding new items without violating the formatting.

6. Protection against accidental deletion (if possible):

   • For example, blocks with details or legal points — read-only or with a warning when changed.

7. Comment from the client (me):

   • I will add comments to the template and highlight in color the fields where automation is expected — please take this into account.

   • Open to your suggestions: perhaps a macro is not needed, and there is a more convenient solution.

Format:

• Microsoft Word (.docx), preferably using native Word functions (VBA, forms, styles, etc.)

Expectations from the performer:

• Proposal on the approach (macro, form, template, etc.)

• Questions about the template if something is unclear

• Test implementation on my template, which I will provide
