Integration settings:

Distribution of data in tables by managers, stages, dates (automatic report generation for managers);
Monitoring the correctness of automation, fixing errors, optimizing business processes.
Technical skills:
Confident use of Bitrix analytics (dashboards, reports, lead sources, sales stages);
Understanding the logic of sales funnels and the ability to:
set up automatic actions at stages (tasks, notifications, status changes);
ensure user-friendliness for managers.
Administrative and support tasks:
Support stable operation of the CRM, troubleshooting technical errors;
Creating short instructions and guides for users.
Will be a plus:
Experience in building automated reporting (Google Data Studio, Power BI);
Ability to document changes in the CRM (versions, updates, explanations of logic);
Understanding the principles of the sales department's work to align the technical part with business tasks.
