OPENCART - настройка почты и личного кабинета.

Есть две задачи:
1. У нас ранее работала стандартная рассылка почты - клиенту на почту приходят данные заказа, потом когда статус меняется - приходит еще одно письмо что статус изменился (на принят или отправлен, например)
Сейчас, после установки какого-то модуля - эта рассылка слетела.
У клиента (в админке) отображается какой-то несуществующий адрес, хотя в "данных клиента" при регистрации - в почте стоит почта которую клиент указал. Но уже в заказе - она меняется на непонятную (empty local host... какие-то цыфры.. и тд. подробно не могу описать пример, тк в описании нельзя писать почту)
Нужно это настроить, а также показать нам, как мы можем при смене статуса - отправлять клиенту какой-то комментарий в почте.
Задача 2.
В личном кабинете у нас так:
Имя подтягивается - зарегистрированного пользователя.
А нужно чтобы подтягивалось имя из поля которое заполняется в оформлении заказа - "name_shipping" или как-то так (в simple надо посмотреть точное название)
+ надо (уточните отдельно сможете ли вы это осуществить) добавить кастомное поле для комментария, чтобы мы могли туда прикреплять ттн-ку.
