OPENCART theme and version upgrade

Hello,
I would like to upgrade my online shop which runs on opencart. I'm Polish and we can communicate in Polish or English. Below is information on what I have and what I need. but I a bit flexible as well. I am looking for somebody with good experience with opencart and SQL/php.

I currently have opencart Version 3.0.2.0, with Journal v 2.16.8. I would like to install the newest stable version of Opencart 3 and POCO theme.  The POCO theme is drag and drop theme, so should be relatively easy to customise for both desktop and mobile devices. I also came across this relatively new drag and drop theme: https://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=marketplace/extension/info&extension_id=45380 - I’m not sure which one would be better (in terms of speed, reliability, and SEO), but POCO has been on the market for much longer, but I am opened to suggestions.

I will purchase the chosen template, with support which you can use to communicate with the creator, asking questions how to do things, etc. The vast majority of the changes/adjustments I require can be easily made in the admin panel (see example here: https://demo.pocotheme.com/7/admin/index.php?route=extension/maza/catalog&mz_theme_code=mz_poco&mz_skin_id=30&user_token=jVuvii7cNom57KNGwfl7tV3t5fltoXNm)

I want to keep current customers’ details, previous orders history, passwords, etc. My shop runs on php 5.6, so it would need to be upgraded. I have a friend who is very good with SQL and he can check everything when the project is finished.

But with modifications:

1. Colour scheme to match the attached colour scheme (I also have this project in .figma). Attached scheme is for journal skin so it needs to be adjusted to POCO theme (if you want, I can ask the designer from Ukraine to prepare it for the POCO/Ronixa theme. Although hopefully it wouldn’t be required).
   
   In the attached project, there are a few things which I don’t need, for example :Wishlist, Compare. It is more for the colour theme.  I don’t need to have dark background pages. I would like to have the top and bottom parts in the colours as in the design (doesn’t need to be gradient), and to have green colour on buttons background (like in the design), red colour background on “add to basket” buttons.
2. After displayed prices, I want to have added “ex.”
3. The countdown for offers – I want to switch it off.
4. In Poco theme, the products names are rather short. Mine are mostly longer. But some are shorter. I would like the prices of products displayed on the website, to be on the same level, even if product’s name is longer. If it’s too long, then it can be automatically cut by the system, or I can go through all products to rename the ones with long names, to add “..” at the end, for example.
5. To add a 1px frame around products, to distinguish them better (especially for mobile viewing). It maybe like a shadow, or to have it similar as on journal themes
6. The main banner/slider, to replace with a different one, from another POCO skin (so it scales better for mobile devices and changes slides better).
7. To have the website google friendly (compatible with google search console, etc.)

Ideally, the description field should be full width and reviews submission window should be moved to the tab, where reviews are. Also in the mobile view. It should be easy to change (drag and drop).

Top products module (Latest/Featured/Bestseller) on the main page, to have products displayed in 2 rows .

I want:
-Google reCAPTCHA (it should be already included)

-where it says “sale” on the product’s top right corner, I would rather have “-15%”,. (if the product is reduced by 15%). I don’t need “New” tab on the product (this should be disabled).

In the header, I want the search box to be always on top, even when scrolling down. It is possible with other POCO themes, and should be very easy to do, as they say that it is possible to interchange header and footer between skins

I don’t need:

3. Product filter. Where you currently have the product filter on the left side, on the PC view, I would rather have some modules there for cross selling. For example “Bestsellers in this category”
4. wishlist
5. compare products
6. multicurrency (or currency change, I don’t want this. I’m a small, singe person shop and focused to sell in one country only).
