bootstrap - точно не можем ответить. Покупался готовый шаблон. js от бутррапа там используется, а css походу нет. Можем дать доступ, чтоб вы самостоятельно могли посмотреть.
Два последних скрина - это мы сами пробовали оформить страницу "О нас" - и поняли что это нужно передать тем, кто это может делать хорошо.
