Оператор для интернет-магазина в Киеве
156 USDИнтернет-магазин гаджетов ищет человека в команду для работы в офисе c фактической рабочей нагрузкой 3−4 часа в день. Нам нужен ответственный человек на должность оператора.
В обязанности входит:
- оперативная обработка заказов — обзвон клиентов (50%)
- проведение консультаций посредством телефона и мессенджеров. Этот пункт добавится со второго месяца работы, когда освоитесь;
- работа с crm (можно без опыта — все объясним)
- упаковка заказов для отправления новой почтой или курьером
- отправление заказов
- консультации и продажи удаленным и пришедшим клиентам
Требования к кандидату
От Вас требуется только желание работать.
График работы
Время работы с 10:00 до 18:00 по будням и с 10:00 до 15:00 в субботу, воскресенье выходной. В будни обед с 13:30 до 14:00.
По факту рабочая загрузка составляет 3−4 часа в день, на рабочем месте нужно находиться для самовывоза.
В свободное время Вы можете заниматься чем угодно. В том числе заниматься фрилансом) Главное, чтобы осуществлялся оперативный обзвон клиентов.
Оплата труда
Ежемесячная ставка 7000 грн + процент от дополнительных продаж.
