We are entering a stage of business scaling and process transformation, so we are looking for a strong Chief Operating Officer (COO) — an operational director-integrator who will be the right hand of the leader and can relieve him of operational burdens, systematize team work, and ensure stable company growth. The leader operates at a level of high-speed strategic thinking and large-scale decisions, while the COO transforms these ideas into structured processes, clear priorities, and managed execution in real time.
Main Responsibilities
Building and Managing the Operational System
- Implementation and control of standards, regulations, and monitoring their compliance.
- Transforming chaotic decisions into a single managed system.
- Ensuring stable company operations without constant manual management.
The Role of the Leader's Right Hand
- Translating the leader's strategic ideas into understandable tasks, plans, and metrics for teams.
- A buffer between the leader and operational teams: prioritization, focus, execution control.
- Ensuring the implementation of decisions within set deadlines and with the required quality.
Team Management and Execution Speed
- Coordinating the work of department heads and key employees.
- Monitoring team progress, conducting regular operational synchronizations, assisting in plan execution.
- Fostering a culture of responsibility, speed, and results.
Business Scaling
- Preparing the operational model for growth without losing manageability.
- Participating in the transformation of the business from classic real estate management to technological and scalable solutions.
- Building a system where each process enhances the efficiency and capitalization of the company.
Automation and AI Implementation
- Monitoring the integration of automation and AI tools into daily processes.
- Ensuring practical application of technologies, not just formal implementation.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in senior operational positions (COO, operational director, head of a large division).
- Experience in building processes, management systems, regulations, and standards.
- Ability to work at a high pace, make quick decisions, and maintain focus.
- Systematic thinking, strong analytical skills.
- Ability to structure complex ideas and communicate them to teams in simple language.
