Optimization of google sheets + app sheets work
It is necessary to optimize the operation (interaction between tables) of Google Sheets and the application in AppSheet
I have three tables in Google Sheets:
1. Client database Brain (all clients, each client has their own ID)
2. Manager's client database. Here the manager enters the client ID and the data from the Brain client database is pulled in.
2.1. To add a client in this database, there is already a developed script that does this (the manager enters the full name and phone number in the form, the phone number is checked for duplicates, and as a result, information about the client, their ID + full name + phone number is provided). In the background, after executing this script, the data is copied to a separate sheet in the manager's client database. The manager only enters the ID in their sheet, and the full name and phone number of the client are pulled in. Additionally, the manager only adds the advertising channel from which the client came in their table. P.S. - previously, the data was pulled using IMPORT RANGE as well
3. Order database.
Here there is a sheet "Delivery Addresses" - this is conditionally the client's card. Similarly, we enter the ID and the full name and advertising channel are pulled from the manager's client database. Currently, the data is being pulled using IMPORT RANGE.
Furthermore, I want to move the order database to APP SHEET, create a web interface for the manager, and have the data in Google Sheets as a database so that I can work with it
The application in APP SHEET was already ready, but it stopped loading (too much data)
Ideally, I need to make it so that the data "online" is pulled from the Brain client database to the manager's database, and from the manager's database to the order database. Ideally, this should be "online"
Previously, all this was done using IMPORTRANGE, but it is a very heavy formula and everything was lagging and loading intermittently
The APP SHEET application was also already ready when everything was working on IMPORTRANGE, but the same problem occurred, everything was lagging and loading intermittently. Additionally, the application became very heavy and stopped loading.
So, help is needed with organizing the work of these tables + the application in AppSheet so that the data is loaded as online as possible and the application also works correctly.

I have a couple of dozen AppSheet applications and I am quite proficient in Apps Script. AppSheet really slows down if the number of records is large, but mostly only on the first opening. I think I can help, but I would like to understand the problem more clearly. Maybe you could record a video?
