After the restart of the OS (for this was CentOS 7 + MySQL 5) problems began in the work of the BD:
- Problems with indexing BD: either it is indexed for a very long time, or the site is "loading" at all ( error 503)

The site works slowly than before the restart of the OS.
Maybe there are other mistakes.
Mistakes in performing Cron tasks:
- PDOException: SQLSTATE[08S01]: Communication link failure: 1053 Server shutdown in progress
- PDOException: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 2006 MySQL server has gone away
What to do:
- Analyze logs, loads, remove narrow places and errors in the work of the BD server
- If necessary - to create PHP, Nginx
- Optional: transfer the server from MySQL 8.0.3 to MariaDb 10.6 (which is more optimized for Magento) - you need to decide whether it is really necessary
- Set up the storage backup on the Storage Box Hetzner
