    Здравствуйте. Данная CMF хорошая но скоростью и легковеностью особо не отличаеться. Прикрепите пожалуйста ссылку на ваш сайт предварительно глянуть что может быть.
    Возможно что то с хостингом если ранее все работало быстро. Если нагрузка на хостинг стандартная то только оптимизировать настройки и контент.

    при обновлении могут быть конфликты модулей что установлены. При первом анализе у вас при переходе без кеша загрузка занимает 8-9 секунд. при повторном с кешом уже быстрее.  Скрипты правильно подключены в конце.
    Скорее всего нужно смотреть оптимизацию разметки. Это или в темплейти лезть в 8 они на Twig шаблонизаторе или смотреть как вы их в админке по блокам распологали. image

    Еще момент касаемо друпалл, возможно вы почистили кеш в админке и сайту нужно время что бы заново проиндексировать страницы. чем больше людей его просмтотрят тем быстрее будет индексация. Это если проблема в том что вы очистили кеш например если вносили какие то изменения на сайте.

    Вот это ближе к делу, но сайт не тяжелый. Судя по всему ВПС. Друпал и без кеша может работать быстрее. Ну не 7-10 секунд.
