Не начем протестиь а так бы взялся. Нужно эмулятор ставть или линукс чтоб протестить

определитель браузеров не проблема. в идеале должно все везде быть одинаковым на одних стилях, эмуляторы тоже далеко не всегда все отображают

Ставится скрипт и стили снциально для конкретного браузера подтягиваются в js, по другому никак. Но я не работаю меньше 1000.

скрипты применять для фиксов в одном браузере - плохой тон, применяться должен только в крайнем случае, когда нет альтернативы, в современном сафари такой необходимости не встречал

Вы знаете как по другому. Знаю ещё один способ найти нечто среднее для всех браузеров ну тоесть будет не точно. Может вы знаете другой способ. Расскажите
