Situation A WhatsApp Business API account was created for a company in Romania, which was successfully used and connected to Bitrix24. However, after a review by Meta, the business account received a Restricted status, making it currently impossible to: add a new phone number to the WABA; create a new WhatsApp Business API account; fully utilize the current WABA. What needs to be done Assistance is needed to restore the ability to work with WhatsApp Business API in one of the following ways: remove restrictions from the current Meta Business (if possible); or correctly create a new Business Manager and new WABA; connect a new phone number to the WhatsApp Business API; properly pass all Meta checks; ensure that the system operates stably for 1 week and the risk of re-blocking is minimal.
