У вас в смс стоит приблуда для формировния карты сайта. у нее в настройках стоит http протокол. при запросе адреса с http происходит переадресация на https и вы в php запросе получаете ответ о том, что нет у вас такой страницы на сайте, т.к. она была перемещена...

Зачем платить нормальным специалистам, если есть такие как вы? То что вам не в напряг - это ваше дело, только "не напрягайтесь" на специализированных форумах, куда любой желающий может зайти и потратив время найти решение своей проблемы.
