Отладить работу сайта Битрикс

Есть сайт на Битрикс, сделанный на шаблоне Аспро Максимум http://anagear.beget.tech
После переезда возникла такая проблема:
При попытке оформить заказ через корзину после долгого времени ожидания, сайт падает с ошибкой
MySQL Query Error: SELECT * FROM b_event_log LIMIT 0[[2006] MySQL server has gone away].
Смотрели базу, с ней вроде ничего необычного.
Необходимо провести расследование и устранить причину.
Обращались в ТП, вот что ответила
Собрали логи системных вызовов в файл:

По логу видим обращения с стороннему ресурсу:
