Насколько я понимаю договор подписывается через Фрилансхант. Деньги ведь вы платите не напрямую художнику

Договор может бить подписан и на прямую. Только вопрос о расходе комиссии если заказчик платит сайту комиссию, то сумма в договоре будет не соответствовать фактически полученной сумме. Но если договориться и заплатить комиссию сайта, то никаких проблем. По поводу отрисовки в векторе и разработке с нуля, здесь цена вопроса. Уточните корректней, вам разработка в нуля с учётом референсов поданных в примере или отрисовка в вектор?
