All backgrounds for orders are already ready, we only redraw characters based on photos of our clients.
On such drawing days, it is necessary to deliver from 6 to 8 pieces. On average, all illustrators, once they have gained experience, complete 7-9 per day.
In total, in a week, 1 illustrator should complete at least 35 drawings, optimally - 35-40.
Payment is hourly - $3 / hour.
Please share examples of your work and also evaluate the volume; it is not possible to do 3 tasks a day, currently there are more than 100 drawings in the queue.

Можливість завжди є, і я навіть підкажу вам, яка саме:
берете замість 1 художника 2 чи 3, - і магічним чином вони цілком можуть малювати по 3-4 роботи в день в адекватному темпі і з нормальною якістю. Працюючи як людина, а не як раб.
Але ж вам по факту потрібні саме раби, які будуть з ранку до ночі з червоними від втоми очима клепати вам "потік" низькосортного псевдо-художества, отримуючи 3-4$ за роботу, яку ви потім продасте напевне за 50+$.
І найгірше в цій історії навіть не те, що існують такі наглі замовники, а те, що існують виконавці, які настільки не цінують себе й свій час, що погоджуються на такі рабські умови. Сумно й невесело -

4. В мене є купу інструментів ШІ які допомагають полегшити роботу ілюстраторам, а також мільйон напрацювань фонів і тд. Люди не приходять відмальовувати все з нуля
5. Ну і в кінці кінців, аби пропозиція була настільки поганою, можливо люди б не співпрацювали з року в рік)
