Цікава ідея. Але, ви хочете готовий продукт, який мало хто в змозі зробити, враховуючи що мало у кого є досвід створення Телеграм-клієнта. Без образ але ваша купа побажань викликає посмішку. Світові гіганти випускають свої продукти і все одно потім фіксят баги, а ви хочете щоб все вишло одразу с першого дубля. Цей проект займе багато часу, особливо на стідії випробування. Почему конкретно telethon? Библиотека Pyrogram намного лучше подойдет под ваши требование, так добавления людей напрямую может быть реализовано с помощью юзербота(то есть нужен номер телефона под каждый аккаунт + выдержка, так как такие аккаунты очень часто баняться)
