Возможно ли получить номера телефонов со всех анкет/резюме на сервисе hh,
которые поподают под категорию "маркетинг" ?
Регионы: весь Казахстан и Россия
Послушаю мнение опытного человека по сбору такого рода информации
из других источников.

Не знаю как сейчас, раньше давали просмотр 500 контактов в сутки по платному доступу.

К сожалению Ваш вариант не получится реализовать так как hh всюду поставили счетчики
И теперь можно по логики собрать информацию но и тут есть лимиты в день вроде 5000 можно открыть резюме, и потом Вы сами из своего отбора отберете кандидатов и сами откроете номера
В общем сейчас уже нет смысла собирать много ограничение, а обхода нет -
