Могу ошибиться, но думаю, что вы выбрали не ту категорию и название для создания проекта.
Скорее всего вам нужна категория "Поиск и сбор информации" и название, например "Ручной сбор данных по тематике". Так на проект зайдут специалисты в нужной вам области и будет больше ставок.
Парсинг - программный, автоматизированный способ сбора информации и для этого нужны программисты. А вам, скорее всего, нужны рукопашники.
