Парсинг каталога в базу 1С 8

Основная задача из сайтов 2-х методом парсинга создать базу: (описание, характеристики, изображения, код товара, артикулы) в чистую базу 1С 8 (Торговля и склад) и перенести максимально конфигурацию и остатки товаров с 1С 7 в новую базу 1С 8 ( Товаров 10 000=парсингу, и сделать приход по количествам из 1С 7). Так как сейчас работает 1С7 товары не имеют расширеного описания и картинки, парсинг и новая версия 1С 8 должна исправить ситуацию. Тип товаров, электроника электронные компоненты и комплектующие.
