Необходимо отправлять запросы на сайт (проходиться по списку URL), получать результат, складывать их в табличку, представить в виде HTML. Сайт для парсинга: https://eais.rkn.gov.ru/
1. Нужно считывать капчу (можно использовать RuCaptcha).
2. Нужно работать в несколько потоков, использовать разные прокси-серверы.
Скрипт должен работать на PHP.
Есть подобный скрипт для примера, но отвечает не всем требованиям.
