Next with the new record you can do anything, send from your name to the group, or the user. Or transfer it to a telegram bot that will make the required record. You can only translate the text, the photo will remain without translation.
The program will be under Windows when it works ~ there is monitoring and post records

Можна написати програму в якій потрібно буде залогінитись в ваш телеграм аккаунт, після чого програма від імені вашого аккаунту буде час від часу моніторити чи з'явилися нові записи у каналі. Далі з новим записом можна зробити що завгодно, відправити від вашого імені в группу, або користувачу. Або передати його в телеграм бот який зробить необхідний запис. Перекласти можна лише текст, фото залишиться без перекладу.
Програма буде під Windows, коли вона працює ~ відбувається моніторинг і пост записів
