ну вот нашёл https://pypi.org/project/Forex-API/
та и я думаю даже с бесплатной регистраций можно найти сервисы с АПИ доступом.

я перепробовал многие бесплатные источники, и всегда цены были не точные или опаздывали или округлялись или просто не попадали

скорее откуда, но больших навыков парсинга не имею, и в таком случае тогда и как, собственно для этого и заказ выложил
