    А какой бюджет? 


    Для такой выгрузки нужен платный сервис обхода капчи или как минимум опять таки платный ключ к апи решению капч.

    Плюс парсинг нужно запускать на чем то. Учитывая обьемы это неслабый vps плюс отдельно БД под весь контент.

    "Быстро качать" милионы позиций это примерно 500$ в сутки минимум, чисто на аренду мощностей, прокси и обхода капч
