Перейдіть у джерела трафіку в Бітріксі https://вашпортал.bitrix24.ua/crm/tracking/, натисніть на Google Ads та додайте по черзі синхронізацію з усіма Вашими активними рекламними кабінетами Google Ads (кнопкою "Добавить источник"), вказавши у полі utm_source значення google і вказавши у полі utm_content значення cid|{campaignid}|gid|{adgroupid}|kwid{targetid}
Після цього значення міток будуть автоматично підтягуватися у ліди/угоди після надходження з реклами заявки чи повідомлення у чат відкритої лінії (Вам хіба що залишиться тільки увімкнути відображення у лідах/угодах полів з цими мітками, але зазвичай це не доводиться робити).
Проте у шаблоні розмітки Ваших оголошень в utm_content теж має бути cid|{campaignid}|gid|{adgroupid}|kwid{targetid} а utm_source повинно дорівнювати google

Після описаної мною синхронізації Бітрікс24 з Google Ads зайдіть у будь-яку угоду чи лід (дивлячись, що у Вас автоматично створюється у Бітрікс24 по факту звернення від клієнта) та перевірте наявність полів "UTM-метки" та "Сквозная аналитика": якщо їх ще немає, то натисніть "Выбрать поле" та виберіть відображення необхідних полів в угодах/лідах.

в мене так все налаштовано, а в гугл ось так, причому на рівні акаунту. але якось 1 з десяти лідів приходить с цими параметрами

У Вас у шаблоні відстеження неправильне значення utm_source. Має бути не googleads, а саме google - бітріксоїди наголошують, що значення міток повинні співпадати у підключеному джерелі трафіку та у рекламному кабінеті.
І краще, щоб шаблон відстеження був заповнений у налаштуваннях кожної рекламної кампанії (я, наприклад, ставлю різні значення мітки utm_campaign, щоб було зручніше потім аналізувати результати).
А які у Вас є типи лідів?
Якщо є ліди по факту дзвінка, то без підключеного колл-трекінгу не відбудеться відстеження та передача utm-міток заходів на сайт від зателефонувавших клієнтів у Бітрікс24, хоч ці мітки і будуть в оголошеннях.

Автоматично передаються utm-мітки у ліди Бітрікс24 по факту онлайн-звернень (заявок, CRM-форм, чатів відкритої лінії Бітрікс24), але не після дзвінків.
