Ну так дайте хоть один подходящий. Я один купил- так он не пишет в галерею.

Скорей всего вы не смогли настроить. В приложении нужно включить локальную запись видео и указать место. Какое именно приложение - не скажу, потому как пользовался таким более 2 лет назад. Нужно устанавливать, настраивать камеру и режим записи.

Они слишком навороченные. Надо что-то попроще. И как подключить к ним обычную камеру? Мне нужно, чтоб я подал на платку передатчика wifi видеосигнал и получил его на телефоне.

Либо подключает wifi камеру и телефон к сети интернет либо создаёте на телефоне точку доступа wifi и камеру подключает к ней. Задаёте в программе настройки вашей камеры (ip-адрес, порт, логин, пароль), локальную запись (запись на телефон) и место для хранения записи.

Это слишком сложно для клиентов. Мне нужно чтоб человек установил приложение, подключил wifi или bluetooth и всё поехало.

И ещё, в камере тоже нужно внести настройки (имя сети wifi, пароль).

Камера на фото аналоговая…чтоб была возможность передачи по сети, нужна плата «захвата» для «отцифровки». Изучите вопрос, прежде чем клиентов набирать)
