Transfer of orders from keyCRM to Google Sheets (API + automation)
Automation needed: when an order in CRM (KeyCRM) reaches the status “SHIPPING” (ID: 23), the information should be transferred to Google Sheets (materials accounting table). Transferred data:
- Time of transfer
- Order number
- Products: ID, name, quantity, price. It is important that the data is transferred in such a way that it can be processed later with formulas.
- Custom fields:
- Person responsible for engraving (OR_1017)
- Person responsible for assembly and packaging (OR_1018)
- Packaging (OR_1025) — transfer as a separate product
⚠️ Only one order should be transferred to the table once (do not duplicate).
