We are co-founders of a full-cycle crypto marketing agency that helps web3/crypto products with launching, marketing, influencer marketing, and community building. We work with international clients, and communication is often in English.
Role
We are looking for a translator for oral support during calls with clients in English (Zoom/Google Meet). The person should confidently and accurately translate "on the fly," help structure the conversation, and record key agreements. Knowledge of the crypto industry is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
Translation (Ukrainian/Russian ↔ English) during client calls.
Brief notes summarizing meetings (key takeaways, action items).
As needed — assistance with short follow-up emails in English.
Preparation of terminology/glossary for key accounts.
Requirements
English — Upper-Intermediate/Advanced (simultaneous translation in real time).
Confident communication, politeness, ability to keep the conversation pace.
Experience participating in business calls or oral translation.
Stable internet, quiet environment, noise-canceling headset.
Willingness to work in the Europe/Kyiv time zone.
Plus points
Understanding of crypto/web3 terms (DeFi, CEX/DEX, tokenomics, KOL, IDO, etc.).
Experience in marketing/PR/agency processes.
Knowledge of tools: Google Meet/Zoom, Slack/Telegram, Notion/Docs.
Format and workload
Remote, as needed (irregular schedule, slots agreed in advance).
Call duration: usually 30–60 minutes (sometimes longer).
Additional tasks related to preparing/supporting materials.
Payment
We consider rate per hour or per call.
