У нас интернет магазин и у менеджеров стоит приложения BRIA, так как они работают удаленно и могут отойти от рабочего .
Постоянно сталкиваемся с такими проблемами на приложении BRIA
1. При звонке не все кнопки срабатывают или нет во все кнопки взять трубку.
2. Иногда приложение не видит звонка
3.Срывается
Также хотим попробовать сделать такие решения:
1.Одновременно получать звонок на пк версию и на моб версию
2.Переадресация входящего с мобильного телефона на номер IP.
3.Подобрать приложения или дать свои рекомендации по работе с приложениями

У Бинотела есть вариант организовать телефонию используя технологию FMC от Тримоб или Лайфсел. Поинтересуйтесь, это стабильнее будет работать нежели приложение.

Приложения не нужны, устанавливаете симку в телефон, а сам номер мобильного привязывается к короткому номеру Бинотел самим Бинотелом. Телефон без поддержки E-sim подойдет.
