- Возможно, просто мы с вами по-разному воспринимаем термин "перенос".
- Скорее, речь идет о создании нового сайта под последней версией Joomla, с переносом в него данных из старой версии (Joomla более старой версии).
- Как бы там ни было – это НОВЫЙ проект, и совсем не "2-3 часовой "категории сложности".
