The project was a failure, in my opinion. Reasons are enough. I will describe the main pros and cons, then - about everything in order.

IF YOU WILL WORK WITH A PERSON, I RECOMMEND TO READ THE TEXT OF REVIEW FOR YOUR GOOD

TK. After the first acquaintance with the TK, the task seemed trifling. But I made a HUGE mistake by not doing a test to accurately estimate the time and cost of the work, which I am very sorry about. TK was sometimes incorrect, not accurate, wrong. The result - according to the "crooked" TK, I had to redo 1/4 of the volume COMPLETELY. To which the customer said: "You should have asked me." I had to write to the Customer about every little thing, so as not to sit and redo it 10 times. A lot of things are not spelled out in the TOR AT ALL. For example, that you need to put down the DATE OF PUBLICATION, in accordance with the dates put down on the old site. This was simply not in the TK. The main part was corrected by the customer himself, 1/4 of the volume had to be edited by himself for "thank you". It seemed that the customer was looking for a telepath and a genius of thought who would do everything at the highest level.

Project. Everything was presented as a normal transfer from one site to another. I have done such projects many times and have seen many solutions for admin panels, but in this case... Everything turned out to be more complicated. But this is my jamb - I had to perform a test on my own initiative. As a result, it was not an ordinary copy-paste and not a typical data transfer project, but something more complicated - it was necessary to study the schemes, carefully re-read the text translated into Ukrainian in Google, correct errors, etc. It took not 5-10 minutes for 1 card, but half an hour. Imagine my state when I did everything according to the TOR, calculated the lanterns and toilet bowls according to the scheme, and after checking the customer said NOT THAT, and all because of the crooked TK.

Improvements. With modifications, the story is also "fun". I could only partially convince a person that he has a crooked TK. The cards had to be redone from scratch, because it's faster than following in the footsteps of mistakes. Okay, it happens. The following was written in the customer’s TOR: “If you have a good command of the Ukrainian language, grammar and spelling - after filling the site and making the necessary edits by me, you will need to check for errors in the Ukrainian version (after Google translation) - proofreading and editing all texts manually.It is paid separately.”After Google translator remained errors, I didn’t fix them because the customer himself wrote that it was a separate job for later.When he began to check the cards, he wrecked over all the fronts, referring to GREAT errors.I cited him TZ, but he convinced me that I should get rid of the text from errors and that he will not pay for it.Again, all my attempts to find out for which directions he will pay were failed, as well as the attempt to convince him that the work should be paid separately, as indicated in the TZ.In addition, I had to redistribute the titles and discryptions copied from the site - again I had to ask.I am very sorry that the correspondence was not carried out on the site - it would be a heavy reason to refuse to perform.But disappointed.The deficiencies of admin.Adminka in the customer is a cavalcade of fun, laughter and negligence.No is.It was sarcasm.The adminka was terrible, it had to overtake some moments, because this piece of the adminka not wanted to keep the information as it was introduced. She just lived her life. The result is more wasted time.

Surcharge. This is the most interesting. When the first edits started and I partially convinced the person that these edits came out through no fault of mine, the customer promised UAH 300 as a bonus for the FIX. These were not mistakes, but rather improvements outside the TOR - that is, the customer did not like something and he asked to redo it. I agreed to fix everything and asked for an advance payment - this was part of the terms of cooperation with me at the initial stages. With grief in half, he transferred me only 200 UAH, convincing me that he would send the rest at the end. "100 UAH is nonsense," I thought, hoping for a person's honesty. OK. The project was nearing completion and I again referred to the part in the TOR quoted above. The customer wrote that he was ready to pay 500 UAH for revision. When I moved on to the part with additional work, I asked for a translation. To which the customer showed slight aggression in my direction, ala "why will I pay another 500 UAH." As an experienced freelancer, I quoted his messages by sending a copy. Based on them, it was clear that the customer had to pay me a total of 800 UAH - 300 for revision at his request and 500 for editing the text. What did the client write? Correctly. I misunderstood everything and the surcharge will be only 500 (!) UAH total. I quote: "I increased the surcharge to 500 UAH. You don't need to add all the numbers. the total will be 1600 instead of 1000. In my opinion, it’s not bad, considering that the conditions are all the same, only the term has increased 3 times.” I asked where the aggression came from, which arose just after I sent copies of messages with HIS SAME WORDS. Bottom line - I got 1700 out of 1800 originally promised and should be grateful for them. On the same day, the customer wrote about 1600 as the final amount. I really didn’t like that when it came to the surcharge, which he himself proposed, the numbers changed.

Timing. The project was delayed and indeed was not completed within the promised time frame. The reasons are simple - incorrect TOR, lack of information in the TOR, the amount of work is higher than stated. Again, this is partly my fault, I admit it. I wrote to the customer about what would take longer to complete, and he agreed, but the impression remained that the person considered me incompetent. I indicated a period of 4 days, taking 2 days in reserve, just in case. But as I wrote above, it's my fault that I didn't do the test right away and didn't name the real terms.

Sorry, but I spent a week (!) to complete the project, I sat for 8-12 hours for 1 project only, proofread, corrected and showed uber attentiveness. They also pushed me ... The project turned out to be very unprofitable for me 😔

НЕГАТИВНЫЙ ОТЗЫВ 😮 Неожиданно.. ) Впервые сталкиваюсь, чтоб исполнитель нарушивший сроки в 3 раза, получивший после этого бонусом 50% от изначально оговоренной цены высыпал такой негатив на заказчика.
Изначально в т. з. было написано "После заполнения русской версии каждой страницы обязательно заполнять украинскую, параллельно исправляя грубые ошибки перевода". Это ВКЛЮЧЕНО в базовую оплату. При этом незначительное кол-во грубых ошибок перевода на сайте осталось.. я принял.
Доплату я согласно т.з. обещал уже за литературные правки. Вам 300 грн в качестве бонуса я действительно обещал.. 100 за доп работу и 200 чтоб как то приободрить, сложную для вас админку и т.д, и потом, несмотря на моменты, которые еще нужно править и дорабатывать, увеличил цифру до 500 но вы почему то решили эти суммы плюсовать и обвинить меня в нечестности и видимо жадности.
А ведь все это могло бы быть без бонусов и с обоснованными претензиями к оставшимся мелочам, устранение которых я уже чтоб вас не мучать, решил взять на себя. Благодарю за жизненный урок )
