To significantly improve product quality and reduce its cost, there is a need to switch from welding on semi-automatic machines to spot welding for 10 drawings.
The main technological operations for manufacturing cabinets are: cutting from sheet material (steel with a thickness of 0.5 to 2.0 mm) on laser equipment or on coordinate punching presses, bending, spot or semi-automatic welding, powder coating, and assembly of the finished product.
A basic cabinet model in SOLIDWORKS format will be provided for design, with technological features for spot welding (bend sizes, bend radii, etc.). If necessary, technological features of the equipment will be provided.
Requirements for design documentation:
- The design documentation must be completed in SOLIDWORKS 3D (version no later than 2018)
- Composition of design documentation (files): 3D models, drawings in SLD format, drawings in PDF format, unfoldings in DXF format (1:1 without unnecessary geometry, only the contour).
- The drawings must indicate the locations and number of bends, locations of spot welding.
- The general view drawing must indicate the total number of linear meters of weld seams, the total number of welding points, the total number of bends.
- Specification for the product on a separate sheet.
- All limit deviations h14, H14, ±IT14/2, surface roughness Ra12.5
- It is mandatory to indicate the developer's surname and phone number.
Acceptance of design documentation:
The design documentation will be checked by the client's specialists for compliance with the technical assignment for the design. After the check, the developer will be informed about acceptance or comments.
The client may make comments or corrections no more than twice.
The design documentation is considered accepted if the client confirms acceptance via email or any messenger.
After acceptance of the design documentation, the developer is obliged to provide answers to questions regarding the content of the design documentation within one month.
The developer guarantees the confidentiality of commercial secrets and has no right to transfer any materials related to the design documentation to third parties.
