I reviewed the photos of your current sign and the original EPS file. You are absolutely right: the character is currently overloaded with small details and strokes. When viewed from a distance or when making three-dimensional letters/neon, this noise blends into a mush. For the logo to work for the business, it must be clean, sharp, and dynamic.

Here’s how I propose to enhance your logo:
🫵 1. Add character and "aggression":
1) I will change the expression and plasticity of the character's face. We will make the gaze confident, tough, and piercing (by adjusting the brow ridge angle and the shape of the eyes).
2) Instead of rounded lines, we will add clear, sharp vector outlines, which will give the sign a sporty and bold vibe.

✂️ 2. Minimalism and readability (UX approach):
1) I will completely remove unnecessary clutter and small strokes on the fur. The figure will become monolithic. The logo will be instantly recognizable from a distance of 20-30 meters on the street and will look perfect at any scale (even on a tiny avatar or sticker).
