Caroline quickly assessed the work, the result was sent in time, was in contact and responded quickly.
But there were grammatical and punctual errors in the work. Some formulations were difficult to understand, the text was far from the artistic (which was required in TZ). At several times the translation was incorrect (the proposal was opposite in the translation). Per the work was performed by a few people (as part of the translation is quite bad quality).
The payment was refused without arbitration/dialogue.
