We are looking for a Performance Marketer, a person who feels not only the numbers but also the meaning of what they do. This is online education + working with the body and state: mindfulness, health, energy, personal transformation, and our goal is not just to drive traffic but to attract those who truly need and benefit from it.
Task Attract target people and build a stable flow of applications/purchases. Not just running ads, but selecting a promotion strategy, testing approaches, and helping the project grow.
What you will be doing Developing and selecting a promotion strategy, understanding and segmenting the target audience: people who are looking for quality education, development, wellness solutions. You need to set up and scale advertising, work with the funnel: lead → warming up → purchase → retention, analytics, numbers, optimization without illusions, working consciously with CPA, ROAS, and LTV, understanding that behind the numbers are people.
We will be on the same wavelength if: you have at least 2 years of experience in Performance, you have actually worked with EdTech and understand the specifics, you can work in a team, you confidently feel Meta / Google / TikTok, you understand the journey of a person: from the first interest to the conscious decision to learn.
We value real results, Cases 2–4 cases in education (mandatory) with numbers: budgets, CPA/CPL, ROAS, timelines, results (we do not consider without numbers).
What you will be engaged in: launching and optimizing ads, testing hypotheses and creatives, working with analytics and funnels, adequate, live reporting with conclusions, not just tables and stories.
