I think it’s better to fill them in the admin as the data may change over time, and it’s logical that the admin has the opportunity to update them.
From these data you can build any calculator, well or in this case several calculators for different types (energy, day/night, fuel). Each calculator will contain the formula according to which the calculation is made.
By clicking the "I want to save" button, the data can either be saved in the database, or sent to the mail, or both. Further actions with these data, I have so understood, are not available, but without problems you will be able to supplement them - for example, add the status that you will send to the customer on email when changing, etc.
