Добрый день, а почему сам ведущий программист сам такое не сделает, да и конечно цена на верстку под кмс очень малая, плус к тому жэ программирование модулей. По тому как написано видно что будут использовать Битрикс а там цены только на верстку от 35000 рублей + программирование модулей от 40000р. Сам проект может стоять от 60000р.

У ведущего программиста 20 программистов в подчинении и 18 текущих проектов под контролем. Он не в состоянии делать такую банальную работу. Предыдущий аналогичный проект сделал фрилансер с этого же сайта за 85$ и 1 неделю времени:) А cms у нас собственная, не битрикс:)
