PHP-программист. Поправить PHP формы на текущем сайте
Нужно поправить передачу данных в систему (то есть поправить php форму), эти же данные передаются на e-mail и в нашу текущую систему, проблемы следующие, которые запрограммированы в форме на сайте:
1) C формы на сайте (http://take.ms/cq70T, поля приходят с разными названиями в зависимости от выбранного пользователем значения - http://prntscr.com/lq0gq3 и http://prntscr.com/lq0h9v . Необходимо, чтобы вне зависимости от того варианта, который пользователь выбирает в форме, в систему приходил параметр "checked-3"
точно так же для первого и второго пунктов формы "checked-1" и "checked-2" соответственно. К примеру, если я выбираю в третьем пункте формы (http://prntscr.com/lqg75v) второй вариант (акрил), то в полях в системе вижу параметр "checked-2-3". если я выбираю в третьем пункте пятый вариант, вижу системе параметр "checked-5-3"http://prntscr.com/lqg5z6 . Необходимо поправить и унифицировать.
2) у одной формы нет названия - http://prntscr.com/lq2w58 , вот эта форма - http://prntscr.com/lq2wpc . Необходимо название: Отзывы. Заказать выезд дизайнера.
3) Необходимо поправить передачу параметра Sourse, определяет не верно. По ссылке оставляю заявку - http://site.by/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign={campaignid}&utm_content={creative}&utm_term={keyword}
