Я хочу установить на своем сайте инструмент для подсчета количества слов сайта. Целевая аудитория - владельцы сайтов, которые собираются их переводить, и хотели бы узнать общее количество слов, повторы и новые слова. Зачем? Как правило, повторы не оплачиваются или оплачиваются по-другому тарифу, таким образом, они могут сэкономить общий бюджет проекта.

Немного терминологии. Для подсчета повторов и новых слов в области переводоведения используют также термин "сегменты". Сегменты - это заданные отрезки текста. В данном случае это будут:
1) предложение. Ориентир - точка, вопросительный знак, восклицательный знак.
2) не создавать сегмент после Mr. - аббревиатур.
3) не считать цифры как слова
4) тайтлы - отдельный сегмент, но без точки
5) заголовки в таблицах - отдельный сегмент, но без точки
6) меню
7) категории
8) теги
9) автор - кто написал блог, обычно это на базе вордпресса.
Например,
имеется такой текст:
Я хочу ходить в школу.
Я хочу ходить в Университет.
Я хочу ходить в школу.
Вот такой получается анализ этих слов http://prntscr.com/lunac2
Повторяется один сегмент, в котором содержатся 5 слов.
Новых слов в двух сегментах - 10 слов.
Всего слов - 15.
Таким образом, пользователю придется заплатить за 10 слов вместо 15.
