ведь на сколько я понял - связка должна быть с вашей программой.
чтобы отслеживать свободные даты и время по докторам.
наверное еще и должен быть выбор доктора к которому записываться?
в таком случае в crm должен быть некий api, через который с ней сможет «общаться» бот. -
