- реализация базы данных для незамысловатого учёта клиентских данных и жалоб в наиболее несложном варианте.
Потребуется очевидно таблица клиент/номер обращения/жалоба, с обработчиком запросов добавления и выборки (select) жалоб с фильтрами за период, клиент, номер жалобы (в произвольном сочетании)
Таблица внесённых оплат и соответственно запросы на добавление записи и выборка с фильтрами за период, по клиенту (в произвольном сочетании)
Таблица общего состояния статуса оказания услуг (остановлено, активно до и тд) соответствующие запросы на запись (изменение/добавление) и выборку
Таблица перечня услуг в формате клиент/услуга/настройки услуги и так же запрос и выборка с фильтрами по клиенту и услуге или вместе
Таблица перечня доверенных серверов, скорее всего в формате.. требуется уточнить колонки таблицы которых запросы обрабатываются и соответствующие запросы добавления и select тут фильтры
Это приблизительное описание. Возможно исполнитель решит по факту ознакомления,что более оптимально выстроить таблицы логические связи между ними иначе - право разработчика минимизировать объем работ при сохранении вышеописанного функционала.
