Responsibilities
- Creation of clean, logical, welldocumented and reusable code
- Implementing new features and functionality
- Photoshop slicing
- Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture
- Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
- Bug fixing & support
Requirements
- 2+ years experience of PHP programming, MySQL, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Extensive knowledge and experience of building WordPress CMS websites
- Experience working with WordPress at a PHP code level:
- Knowledge of WordPress Network (Multisite) beneficial.
- Experience creating multilingual websites.
- Good understanding of cross-platform and cross-browser issues.
- Experience with creating responsive websites.
Designer
Responsibilities
- Develop page prototypes in Photoshop
- Develop mobile and tablet website layouts in Photoshop
- Design infographics, landing pages, infographics, display ads
- Design social branding and contests, design online branding, etc.
- Design print materials per publishing standards
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a web & print designer
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
